AnnUal Events Include:
- Recovery Retreat at Lake Roosevelt - Annually in October
- Haunted House House - Annually on October 31st
- Toy Drive - Annually in November and December
- Santa's Workshop - Annually the week before Christmas. During this event, program participants assist with decorating stockings, cookies, and gingerbread houses. We also distribute toys to low-income community members and program participant families.
Tuesday's Giveaway!
'Here at BRS we love to give back to our community! So EVERY Tuesday is our "Tuesday's Giveaway"! We donate HUNDREDS of pounds of food, fresh produce, canned goods, fresh cold milk, breads, sometimes meats, & cheeses and lots of snacks for kids, coffee, creamers and so much more! Every week we get different shipments in so we usually don't get the same thing twice. But the men and women in our program always have plenty of food, and we LOVE to be a blessing to our community. So look for our post every Tuesday between the hours of 10am-12noon and as soon as I send out the post, everyone is welcome to come fill their bags with as much as you need. All we ask is to be curtious and ONLY take what you need so that everyone has a chance to be blessed.Our Tuesday's Giveaway is at out Women's "The Recovery House" located at 6675 E.22nd st.
